From imported model to live-bound digital twin

Import the model

Bring in an existing flowsheet as a DWSIM file, upload an Excel workbook, or paste formulas. SimTwinTM extracts the topology — streams, unit operations, compounds — and validates it before it can be saved.

Declare inputs & outputs

Every property the model exposes — temperature, pressure, mass and molar flow, enthalpy — is switched to Input, Output or Constant. Inputs feed live plant data into the solve; outputs read computed results back out.

Bind live tags

Each input is bound to a historian tag with a searchable picker. From then on the simulation runs against telemetry, and every output becomes a trackable data source that NexusTM formulas, trends and dashboards can reference directly.
