Module 02
TwinCore
TwinCore screen in the EPSILON platform

TwinCore turns raw historian data into interactive plant diagrams, trends and pattern-based search — so engineers find answers in minutes, not days.

Live tag values are rendered directly on the PFD-style diagram with alarm states, and every element is one click away from its history. Switch between Live, Compare and Historical modes to overlay good and bad runs side by side.

Google-like search

Type a tag name and TwinCore auto-suggests matches across the entire asset hierarchy.

Rich visualisation — TrendVision

Overlay, stack and compare tags in TrendVision with zoom, annotations, swim-lane views and live event markers pinned to the trend.

Pattern & similarity search

Find every time a spike, oscillation or transition has happened before, instantly — for fast root-cause analysis.

Layer compare

Overlay good vs. bad runs side by side, with batch comparison, to spot deviations at a glance.

Practical use case

From a value on the diagram to its live history, in one click

Pick any value on the diagram

Every instrument on the plant diagram is a live tag — pressures, temperatures, flows, computed KPIs. Values update in place; alarm state is shown on the element itself.

Click to open its history

One click on TI-2112 opens a trend panel beside the element, pre-loaded with the last hour from the historian and streaming new points as they arrive.

Open it in TrendVision

Expand into TrendVision, TwinCore's multi-tag trend workspace: add tags from the searchable list, view them Combined on their own axes or Stacked in lanes, and hover for one synchronised reading across every tag.
